Michael is the founding partner of Azure Group and Azure Group's Technology specialist with over 28 years' experience as a qualified Accountant within the Chartered and Commercial sector. Michael has worked with companies such as PWC, Compaq Financial Services and Oxley Corporate Group within a CFO capacity.

KELLY MORGAN | Managing Partner

Kelly Morgan has over 32 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant and is the Managing Partner of Azure Group heading up the Business Accounting, Technology and International divisions. Kelly aspires to work with passionate SME owners. By working closely with her clients, Kelly helps them to maximise opportunities in their business and assist them to achieve their goals.

Michael Derin| 主席

Michael Derin，艾祖尔集团创始合伙人兼董事长，拥有超过28年在商业和商业领域的合格注册会计师经验。Michael 在我们的技术、企业咨询和首席财务官运营中工作，管理高度复杂的项目以实现成功。

Kelly Morgan| 澳大利亚合伙人

Stephanie Liu| 中国合伙人

Stephanie Liu 是常驻中国的集团中国合伙人，还担任澳大利亚商会-上海的董事会成员和澳洲及新西兰特许会计师公会的上海理事。

Stephanie 拥有近20年的专业工作经验。2012年调任中国之前，她曾支持众多跨国客户在澳大利亚设立业务，并在悉尼的总部管理跨国公司的澳大利亚会计和税务事务。在她现任职务中，她帮助外国企业了解中国市场，并支持外国企业在中国的财务、税务、人力资源和内部控制职能。在出海方面，Stephanie还支持过众多中国企业成功出海香港、澳洲、新加坡、西班牙、法国等地区。

Stephanie拥有会计与商法学士学位，以及国际商务管理硕士学位。她是一名合格的会计师，拥有澳大利亚及新西兰特许会计师协会及澳大利亚会计师公会的高级会员资格和香港会计师公会会员资格。Stephanie还是大学的常客讲师，教授会计、税务和MBA课程。

Grant Ellis| 企业税务合伙人

Sunny Fan| 中国副总监

Sunny Fan 于2013年加入中国艾祖尔集团，拥有超过10年高级会计与税务顾问经验，长期为跨国企业及中国企业出海项目提供公司设立、持续会计服务、税务合规及财税咨询支持。

她在协助客户进入及拓展海外市场方面具备丰富实践经验，尤其专注于中澳双向投资及跨境业务。Sunny 曾深度参与多家中国企业“走出去”项目，为客户提供从澳洲公司设立、到设立后的财税合规与持续支持的一站式服务，协助企业在海外稳健落地并实现合规运营。她曾支持哈罗单车、东方甄选等中国企业成功拓展海外市场，包括澳大利亚，法国和西班牙等国家。服务行业涉及互联网平台、新零售、消费品及科技相关领域。

除跨境项目外，Sunny 亦擅长财务数据及财务报表分析，能够透过数据洞察业务实质，协助管理层识别潜在经营及合规风险，并提出具有商业可行性的改进建议。

Sunny Fan 在澳大利亚完成专业会计学研究生硕士学位，现持有澳大利亚注册会计师（CPA Australia）、美国注册管理会计师（CMA）及中国注册税务师（CTA）等资格。她始终保持对专业知识的持续投入，致力于为跨国及出海企业提供高标准、可落地的专业财税支持。

Chloe Hua| 高级财税经理

Chloe Hua于2018年正式加入艾祖尔 中国，担任高级财税经理。在此之前，她曾先后在多家不同领域的商业集团从事财务会计相关工作，积累了近10年的行业从业经验，涉及的领域涵盖制造业、贸易以及跨境业务等多个领域。

作为中国办公室会计核算与记账团队的负责人，Chole不仅具备扎实的实务操作能力，也持续注重专业资质的提升。她持有中国财政部颁发的中级会计职称，同时已取得中国注册会计师（CICPA）和中国注册税务师（CTA）资格，具备服务多类型企业的综合专业能力。

在日常工作中，Chloe主要负责为多家大型外资企业及上市公司提供财务报告编制、税务合规管理、预算制定及财务数据分析等专业服务。与此同时，她也参与了多家客户企业的国际化运营支持与海外业务拓展相关工作，在服务过程中逐步积累了关于跨境资金结算、境外税务安排以及海外业务财务流程优化等方面的实践经验。在企业逐步走向国际市场的过程中，Chloe能够从财务和税务角度提供切实可行的专业支持。

凭借多年来积累的专业基础与一贯严谨细致的工作态度，Chloe始终致力于为客户提供务实、可靠的财务与税务服务。她也希望在全球化日益加深的商业环境下，持续为企业的国际化发展贡献专业价值。

Jerry| 税务经理

Jerry Zhang 是一名税务经理，为私人客户及大型企业提供服务。Jerry 拥有超过10年的税务从业经验，其经历亦涵盖会计和客户服务领域。

Jerry 是澳大利亚注册会计师（CPA）及特许会计师（CA）。他的工作经验涉及私人客户和大型企业，客户群体包括高净值私人集团、律师、医生，以及时尚、制造、零售和市场营销等行业。Jerry 一直专注于为各类客户和行业提供税务合规服务，服务内容涵盖直接税（所得税、附加福利税、资本利得税）和间接税（商品与服务税、土地税）。

STEPHANIE LIU | China Managing Partner

Stephanie Liu is the managing partner of Azure Group China office and currently sits on the board of AustCham Shanghai. Before she transferred to China in 2012, she supported numerous multinational clients to set up businesses in Australia and managed their Australian accounting and tax affairs. In her current role with Azure Group China office, she helps foreign businesses to understand the China markets and supports their finance, Tax, HR and internal control functions in China.

SUNNY FAN | Accounting and Tax Manager

Sunny Fan joined Azure Group China in 2013 and has over 13 years experience as an Accounting and Tax Manager and helps our clients with business setup, ongoing accounting and tax compliance and advice. Sunny is an expert in financial ratio and financial statement analysis. This allows her to provide businesses with key advice to solve critical problems by providing options and solutions.
